Sensational breakfast with nice bacon - well worth the money. Excellent and absolutely perfect location for Leeds, not far from taxis, Golden Acre Park which is great for walking/running and L & B airport.

The hotel was well-run and exceptionally comfortable, the staff were fantastically friendly. The airport was 10 km away.

The units are airy, huge. The venue has fab location in lovely surroundings.

The hotel is conveniently located near Leeds and Headingly, making it easy for us to visit the places we had planned. The staff were accommodating, allowing us to check in early and providing a comfortable room with a nice view of the garden. The bar staff were also helpful, and the breakfast was enjoyable. Moreover, the hotel offers gluten-free pizzas, which is a great option for those with dietary restrictions.

The hotel lacked information from the reception regarding the pool and the Easter weekend opening times.

This hotel is located right next to beautiful park, making it an ideal spot to relax and unwind. The staff were friendly and the basic amenities provided were perfectly satisfactory. The rooms were clean and had a nice balcony looking over the gardens, though a more comfortable chair would have been appreciated. Additionally, the wifi was great and breakfast was a highlight, especially the delicious bacon included.
